How do we cure arthritis naturally? Who doesn't prefer to take natural remedies where possible, in place of medicines and pills? Research shows that these natural resources can be just as helpful, if not more so, than pharmaceutical aids.
Green leafy vegetables help greatly in the fight against arthritis. Make a healthy juice by blending any green leaf vegetable and celery, both of which are good, mixed with carrots or corn which add flavour. This juice will help dissolve the deposits around the joints, thereby easing pain.
Fresh pineapple juice is also excellent, containing an enzyme called bromelain, which reduces inflammation and swelling in the joints.
These two juices can also be mixed together, not only tasting better, but increasing the benefits.
Sesame seeds are another excellent choice to help with joint pain. You can sprinkle them on food, add them to dishes, or they can be soaked in water overnight, whereby both the seeds and the water are beneficial.

Calcium can help immensely in the relief of joint pain. Calcium is found in milk and all dairy products, but the best way to take calcium is in the form of calcium lactate; 2 teaspoons three times a day in water before meals. Results should be seen after a few months.
Garlic contains anti-inflammatory properties, therefore are another excellent source of relief in arthritis. Can be eaten raw, or in cooking, or indeed in gel capsules.
Bananas are an excellent source of vitamin B6, which is another of the natural remedies for arthritis. They can be taken daily as part of a normal diet, or you can use a banana only diet, where you would eat 8 to 10 bananas daily, but nothing else, for a period of 3 to 5 days.
Possibly the most successful of the natural remedies for arthritis and rheumatism has been potato juice. Normally the data will be sliced thinly, peel and all, and soaked overnight in cold water. The water then drunk first thing, on an empty stomach. You can also actually juice the potato, and drink the juice diluted in water, in the same circumstances.
Fresh limes particularly, but citrus fruit in general, have proved helpful with arthritis. Citric acids, especially those found in limes, will dissolve uric acid, a main cause of some types of arthritis, particularly gout.
Alfalfa seeds are another help, can be added to cooking, or taken as tea in boiling water.
Cherries are one of the healthiest fruits around, loaded with vitamins and health-promoting properties. Cherries contain natural remedies for many aches, pains and bad health problems.

Copper is known as a natural remedy for arthritis, known to strengthen the muscles. Usually in the form of jewellery i.e. a bracelet or ring, copper can also be taken in water. You would store water overnight or longer in a copper container, thus accumulating copper traces in the water to be drunk.
Castor oil is also beneficial to cure arthritis naturally.It can be taken in a gel capsule, or castor oil boiled in water and then added to juice and taken before breakfast.
Apart from food and drink to help, we can also make potions and creams to rub into the joints to help with stiffness and inflammation, and help the blood supply. Camphor, mustard oil, or coconut oil are all helpful. All three mixed together would be excellent, warmed and applied where needed.
One of the easiest and most natural forms of relief is to bathe in the sea. Seawater has natural iodine, which as it enters the secretion from the thyroid gland, will help cleanse toxins. It will also regenerate tissue, and nourish the bones. Those who live far from the sea, can soak in the bath full of warm salted water and achieve similar results. These salt remedies are also helpful in the easing of regular pains in muscles and bones etc even without arthritis.
